Yoon Ga Yi joins Seo Kang Joon's comeback K-drama "Undercover High School"
Kim Seon Ho and Bae Suzy will reportedly work together in a new K-drama by director Han Jae Rim.
On August 14, media outlets reported that Kim Seon Ho and Bae Suzy will lead the upcoming K-drama Delusion. Bae Suzy got the first offer to star in the series and she is positively considering the offer.
Kim Seon Ho's agency SALT Entertainment responded to the casting reports. According to the agency, "Kim Seon Ho received the offer to star in Delusion and he is positively reviewing it."
If Kim Seon Ho and Bae Suzy confirm their casting, this will be their second project together. The two starred in the hit 2020 K-drama Start-Up. Through this K-drama, Kim Seon Ho rose to fame. In the series, viewers got divided between the main lead and Kim Seon Ho who was playing the role of the second lead.
Before Kim Seon Ho reunites with Bae Suzy, the actor will first lead the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama The Tyrant. He will work alongside Jo Yoon Soo, Cha Seung Won, Kim Kang Woo, Mu Jin Sung, and Kim Joo Heon.
Aside from this, Kim Seon Ho will also lead the upcoming K-dramas Can This Love Be Translated? and In the Net. He will also make a cameo appearance in When Life Gives You Tangerines.
Delusion revolves around a poor painter who was commissioned to draw a vampire woman in the background of Gyeongseong in 1935. The story will be based on a webtoon of the same name by Hongjacga that was serialized on Naver in 2019.
The new K-drama will be helmed by director Han Jae Rim who also created the works Face Reader, Emergency Declaration, The King, and the Netflix original K-drama The 8 Show.
Kim Seon Ho got the offer to play the role of a painter named Yoon Yi Ho. Bae Suzy on the other hand will play the role of Song Jeong Hwa, a mysterious vampire woman.
Delusion will reportedly begin filming this year. According to reports, the K-drama will be broadcast through an OTT platform.
