Actor Kim Seon Ho's agency gave an update on the promotions of the actor this year.
On January 6th, a representative of Kim Seon Ho told media outlet star1 that the actor will have only one project this year. The representative stated that except for his debut movie "Sad Tropical," Kim Seon Ho has refused all other offered roles and will not appear in any other works this year.
It was also revealed that Kim Seon Ho's side has politely rejected all offers for new advertisements and renewal contracts from the brands he currently models for. Overseas fan meetings were also rejected.
"Sad Tropical" will be Kim Seon Ho's first take in films. The upcoming movie will be directed by Park Hoon Jung. He will be working with Go Ah Ra, Kim Kang Woo, and Kang Tae Joo. The movie began filming in December last year.
Late last year, Kim Seon Ho was embroiled in a controversy over his private life. After several pieces of evidence from different sources, the actor's side was revealed and people wanted him to go back and start his promotional activities once again.

He won RET Popularity Award for male actors and U+Idol Live Popularity Award at the 2021 Asia Artist Awards. He also topped the "2021 Talent of the Year" by Gallup Korea.
