SBS's upcoming Friday-Saturday drama Revenant (written by star writer Kim Eun Hee, and helmed by Lee Jung Rim and Kim Jae Hong) unveiled its main poster on May 31, featuring Kim Tae Ri as Ku San Young, a woman plagued by the evil spirit that probes into human desires.

Ku San Young inherits her father's heirloom, a forbidden possession, and then becomes entangled in inexplicable events as she succumbs to the encroachment of an evil spirit.

With a blank expression and vacant gaze, Ku San Young stands surrounded by a dark aura, intensifying the eerie atmosphere. The caption reads, "I, who shouldn't be seen, am seen", further intriguing viewers and raising questions about the real identity of the person portrayed - is it Ku San Young herself or the malevolent spirit who possesses her?

Kim Tae Ri's nuanced performance, portraying the existence of the other-worldly entity and evoking a chilling sense of dread and peculiar mystery, leaves us in awe.

The production team of the K-drama stated, "The main poster captures the pivotal character and the starting point of the entire story, Ku San Young possessed by an evil spirit. Kim Tae Ri, who perfectly grasped the concept, perfectly played the role of both Ku San Young (an ordinary woman) and a woman possessed by the evil spirit simultaneously, showcasing her method acting in a way that could not be imagined". They further added, "In the drama, viewers can anticipate Kim Tae Ri's bone-chilling performance. Please look forward to it".

Revenant is scheduled to release on June 23 on Disney+.
