Kim Young Ah will be added to the cast of the upcoming tvN K-drama Maestra: Strings of Truth.
On November 6, it was officially confirmed that Kim Young Ah will work closely with the main lead Lee Young Ae in the upcoming music thriller K-drama Maestra: Strings of Truth.
This will be the first official K-drama project of Kim Young Ah for 2023. Just last month, the actress appeared in the KBS one-act play Drama Special Season 14: Shoot For Love.
Kim Young Ah last starred in the 2022 K-drama Behind Every Star led by Lee Seo Jin, Kwak Sun Young, Seo Hyun Woo, Joo Hyun Young, Shim So Young, and Kim Tae Oh.
After Maestra: Strings of Truth, Kim Young Ah will also join the upcoming action thriller K-drama Study Group with NU'EST Hwang Min Hyun, Han Ji Eun, Cha Woo Min, Shin Soo Hyun, Lee Kwang Hee, and Lee Jong Hyun.
Kim Young Ah is known for being part of the K-dramas Remarriage and Desires, Anna, One Ordinary Day Bite Sisters, Be Melodramatic, and more.
Kim Young Ah will be working with the cast of Maestra: Strings of Truth including Lee Young Ae, Lee Moo Saeng, Hwang Bo Reum Byeol, Kim Young Jae, Park Ho San, Yang Jun Mo, and more.
Maestra: Strings of Truth will showcase the story of the famous female conductor Maestra who is hiding a secret. It will also reveal the mysterious happenings surrounding the orchestra. Maestra will look for the truth revolving around these cases.
In the K-drama, Kim Young Ah will work closely with Lee Young Ae's character Maestra. Kim Young Ah will portray the role of Lee Hye Jung, the best friend and manager of Cha Se Eum more known as Maestra.
Maestra: Strings of Truth will be the collaboration work of director Kim Jung Kwon (Love to Hate You and Ditto) and Choi Yi Yoon (Love Tractor).
The first episode of the upcoming K-drama will air on December 9 at 9:20 PM KST. It will have a total of 12 episodes and it will exclusively air on tvN and TVING.
