Yoo Jae Myung to meet Kim Soo Hyun in a new Disney+ K-drama
Kwon Na Ra in talks to join the upcoming drama "The Immortal" with reported casts Lee Jin Wook and Lee Joon.
The idol turned actress has been offered the female lead role of the upcoming tvN fantasy drama. "The Immortal" is the story of a man who is immortal, and a woman who has repeatedly died and been reincarnated for the past 600 years. She remembers all the details of her past lives and plans for revenge.
If Kwon Na Ra accepts the role, she will play as Min Sang Woon who was once immortal but is now reborn as a human being. After her mother and sister were killed, Min Sang Woon will change her name and plan her vengeance.
Lee Jin Wook, Lee Joon, and Kwon Na Ra are positively reviewing the offers.
Kwon Na Ra debuted as an idol with the girl group Hello Venus. While actively promoting as an idol, she began her career in acting. Currently, she's promoting as an actress after her group disbanded. She was signed under Fantagio before she moved to Lee Jong Suk's agency, A-Man Project in 2019. She's known for her roles in "Itaewon Class", "Doctor Prisoner", "Your Honor", "My Mister" and the recently completed KBS drama "Royal Secret Agent" with Infinite's Kim Myung Soo and Lee Yi Kyung.
Many are already anticipating the upcoming tvN drama "The Immortal" with its 40 billion Korean won (approximately $35 million US dollars) budget and star studded cast. The upcoming drama will be directed by Jang Young Woo and written by Seo Jae Won and Kwon So Ra.
