Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
It seems like rest is not in Lee Do Hyun's dictionary!
After successfully starring in the Netflix original K-drama The Glory Part 2, another project is in the works for Lee Do Hyun.
On March 16, Lee Do Hyun's agency Yuehua Entertainment shared that the trending actor is positively considering making a special appearance in the upcoming JTBC and TVING K-drama Death's Game. According to reports, Lee Do Hyun will grace his presence in the upcoming series to support 18 Again director Ha Byung Hoon.
Death's Game will revolve around Cho Yi Jae who decided to take his life because of all the circumstances he's in. In response to his attitude towards dying, death came to punish with her game. Cho Yi Jae must repeatedly die through 13 previous lives and if he finds a way to escape death, he can live an eternal life. It is based from a webtoon of the same name written by Lee Won Sik and illustrated by Gul-chan.
The upcoming K-drama will be led by Seo In Guk, Park So Dam, Go Youn Jung, Kim Ji Hoon, and more. Aside from Lee Do Hyun, actors Kim Jae Wook, Jang Seung Jo, Super Junior's Choi Si Won, Sung Hoon, and Lee Jae Wook will also make a special appearance in the K-drama.
Director Ha Byung Hoon who will produce the upcoming K-drama is known for creating the K-dramas The Sound of Your Heart, Go Back Couple, and 18 Again.
This will possibly be the reunion of Lee Do Hyun and the director after working together in 2020 for 18 Again.
Only after a month, we can see Lee Do Hyun again in another K-drama. After The Glory Part 2, the actor will then star in the upcoming JTBC K-drama The Good Bad Mother.
Lee Do Hyun will be working alongside Ra Mi Ran, Ahn Eun Jin, Kim Sun Bin, Yoo In Soo, and Jung Woong In. The upcoming K-drama will begin airing starting on April 26.
He will also join the upcoming movie The Unearthed Grave.
Aside from acting, Lee Do Hyun is also set to make a guest appearance in the entertainment program Yoo Quiz on the Block Season 4 which will air on March 22.
