The Korean action-crime movie Smugglers will officially be released on July 26th. The movie is led by the stunning actress Kim Hye Soo, the SKY Castle actress Yeom Jung Ah, the It's Okay, That's Love actor Zo In Sung, the South Korean singer Park Jung Min, Kim Jong Soo (last seen in Snowdrop and will also be seen in upcoming sports movie Dream), and the Sweet Home actress Go Min Si. The movie also casts Kim Jae Hwa (famous for her support roles in Extraordinary You, Run On, etc) and Park Kyung Hye (whose other K-dramas include Touch Your Heart and My Roommate Is a Gumiho) in supporting roles. Smugglers is an upcoming crime film that revolves around two women who get entangled in a smuggling scheme. The movie is set in the 1970s in a humble and peaceful seaside village.
The movie is directed by Ryu Seung Wan, whose other works include The Berlin File, The Battleship Island, Escape from Mogadishu, Veteran, etc.
Smugglers is currently in the post-production phase and is scheduled to be released on July 26.
