Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Song Joong Ki will reportedly make a cameo appearance in the soon to air tvN drama "Little Women."
On August 24th the media outlet OSEN reported that Song Joong Ki will be making a special appearance in the upcoming tvN drama directed by "Vincenzo" director, Kim Hee Won.
According to reports, Song Joong Ki will participate in the drama to show his loyalty to the "Vincenzo" director.
"Little Women" will base its story on the novel of the same name by Louisa May Alcott. It will revolve around three poor sisters who will get embroiled with the richest and most influential family in the nation after being caught up in an incident.
The drama will be led by Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, Park Ji Hoo, Wi Ha Joon, Uhm Ji Won, Uhm Ki Joon, Kang Hoon, Kim Mi Sook, and Gong Min Jung.
Aside from the direction of Kim Hee Won, the script will be written by writer Jung Seo Kyung ("Mother " and "The Handmaiden").
There are no official details yet on what episode will Song Joong Ki appear in.
"Little Women" will air its first episode on September 3rd at 9:10 PM KST. This will be the next drama after "Alchemy of Souls" concludes.
If Song Joong Ki confirms his cameo role, this will be his first appearance on the small screen in 2022. The actor is also set to return to dramas through the upcoming series "The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate." He will work alongside Lee Sung Min, Shin Hyun Bin, Jo Han Chul, Kim Nam Hee, and Kang Gi Doong.
Aside from dramas, Song Joong Ki will also star in two upcoming movies such as "Bogotá: City of the Lost" and "Hwaran."
