Jeon Jong Seo receives offer to star in the upcoming K-drama "Genie House"
Song Kang and Park Min Young are in talks to become the main leads of upcoming drama "Office Romance Cruelty."
On March 9, reports stated that Song Kang and Park Min Young will be part of the upcoming JTBC drama.
Their agency Namoo Actors responded to the reports and shared, "It is true that our artists Song Kang and Park Min Young got the offer to play main roles for the upcoming drama "Office Romance Cruelty" and both the actors are reviewing it."
"Office Romance Cruelty" will narrate the work and love life of the employees of weather forecast service. It will be directed by "When The Camellia Blooms" PD, Cha Young Hoon and the script will be written by Sun Young.
Park Min Young got the offer to play the role of Jin Ha Kyung. She's a smart person with a cold and sensitive personality. Song Kang on the other hand will play as a dumb looking office worker who has an IQ of 150 named Lee Si Woo.
If Song Kang accepts the offer to appear in "Office Romance Cruelty,” this will be his fourth drama project in 2021. The actor is set to release two of his series this March. First is the Netflix original series "Love Alarm 2" that will premiere on March 12. Followed by his tvN drama "Navillera" that will start airing on March 22. Song Kang is also filming for his upcoming drama with Han So Hee titled "I Already Know" that will be released later this year.
Meanwhile Park Min Young last appeared in the 2020 JTBC drama "When the Weather Is Fine" with Seo Kang Joon. If she accepts the casting for "Office Romance Cruelty", this will be her comeback drama. She recently starred in the third installment of Netflix program "Busted".
