Upcoming TVING drama "The King of Pigs" unveiled its teaser posters.

On February 11th, TVING released the teaser posters for the upcoming original series "The King of Pigs." The poster also confirmed that the drama will premiere this March. 

The upcoming series "The King of Pigs" will base its story on director Yeon Sang Ho's 2011 feature-length animation. The drama will depict the happenings of a mysterious set of murders that began 20 years ago. It will also reveal the violence within Korea's social hierarchies. The series will be directed by Kim Dae Jin ("Less Than Evil," "Kill Me, Heal Me," and "Hotel King.")

"The King of Pigs" will be led by Kim Dong Wook, Kim Sung Gyu, Chae Jung An, Hwang Man Ik, Han Soo Yeon, and Lee Tae Geom

Kim Dong Wook will play the role of Hwang Kyung Min. Kim Sung Gyu will play the role of Jung Jong Seok, and Chae Jung An will be the character named Kang Jin Ah. Hwang Kyung Min and Jung Jong Seok are both struggling in the world of business with hidden secrets. After 15 years, the two meet again and talk about their childhood and the social hierarchies that existed even then.

"The King of Pigs" will be exclusively available on the OTT platform, TVING. The series will premiere this March with 6 episodes. 

This will be Kim Dong Wook's first drama in 2022. He last starred in the 2021 series "You Are My Spring" with Seo Hyun Jin. He will also lead the upcoming drama "You, Whom I Met By Chance" which will reportedly air this year as well. 

This will also be Kim Sung Gyu's first drama project for the year. He was last seen on the first Coupang Play original series  "One Ordinary Day" with Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won. The actor will also join the upcoming film "Hansan."
