Sung Joon in discussion to be the villain in "The Fiery Priest Season 2"
Yoo Jae Myung will possibly appear in an upcoming episode of "Hospital Playlist 2"
Media outlet Xsports News reported on July 16th that Yoo Jae Myung will be making a special appearance on the ongoing tvN drama "Hospital Playlist 2."
His upcoming cameo appearance will mark his reunion with the "Reply 1988" team who also works on the ongoing series "Hospital Playlist 2." Sung Dong Il, Lee Kyu Hyung, and Park Ji Yun who also worked with director Shin Won Ho and writer Lee Woo Jung already made their cameo in the first few episodes.
The prequel "Hospital Playlist 2" revolves around the lives of five best friends working at the hospital. Just like the first season, the drama will have a total of 12 episodes and it can be watched via tvN and Netflix.
The ongoing drama is led by Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, and Jeon Mi Do.
The fifth episode of "Hospital Playlist 2" that aired on July 15th surpassed the ratings of the previous episodes. The drama achieved an average nationwide rating of 12.4 percent.
Yoo Jae Myung's side hasn't confirmed the reports of his special appearance in the ongoing drama. Meanwhile, the drama representative stated that viewers can check everything through the broadcast.
Yoo Jae Myung has been making special appearances in several dramas after he starred in the hit 2020 drama "Itaewon Class." He made a special appearance in dramas such as "Stranger 2," "Vincenzo," and "Times." His characters made a great impact in each series.
In 2021, the great actor will finally return with a new drama. He's going to be the main lead of the upcoming OCN drama "Hometown" with Han Ye Ri, Uhm Tae Goo, Jo Bok Rae, and Lee Re.
