I know I've read more isekai then normal ones it's just I never find the correct one' true beauty was really not my type & that was the very first webtoon I've read (sadly)
Anything is allowed as long as it got enemies to lover, fl falls first but ml falls harder trope ? Also I do love thriller with a sub plot romance even though I still haven't read Solo Leveling as the anime wasn't quite good ig and watched it first! As for ORV I adore it for it's art style~ Horror is also allowed as long is it's completed...please don't recommend "Sweet Home" as I didn't really liked it.
