you can choose from these 3 available formats:
1) video: in 16:9 aspect ratio, shorter than 30 secs, include the english/mandarin subtitles (translation) of your message
2) text: can be a handwritten letter/in text form via email it should only include fewer than 150 words
3) audio: in mp3 format, shorter than 30 sec, include the english/mandarin subtitles (translation) of your message

prompt: start off with "zhao lusi, happy 26th birthday" in your home language

for video, you can film it in front of a famous landmark of your region
