When I click on a heart to make a fave, why doesnt it go anywhere?

When I click on a heart to make a fave, why doesnt it go anywhere? LIke, why doesnt it connect back into my profile into a favorite list?? It makes things very tedious.

Why can't we edit from inside the list of shows we are watching, or completed. Or add new ones while inside there?

Maybe these things can be done, but i havent figured out how yet?

What does it mean "articles" in the list of items in my profile? how do i make an article? the same question for the other items in that row of things.
