Yes you read the novel, in the novel her soul enter jiang li body.  In the drama Jiang li died so they switch. They have neatly patch it up in the drama because no body meet Jiang li so they don't know how she look at .

I’ve never read the novel, but in the series, they don’t mention a pregnancy, but they did frame her for adultry.

In the novel the story line begin from her, it was her mother in law and the princess drugs her and she was caught having an extra martial affair, she was in house arrest , they spread the rumor she was having affairs, the princess maid murder her by hanging

I am reading it atm but Im confused... her age in the novel is 14-15 years old.. is that how it'll be.. way too young to pull-off those stunts she does in the drama.. I mean I can't take it seriously, it would be better if she was around 18-19 or something.. ML is 24 btw
