It's two different stories, it's just having the same moon goddess i think. In Ancient Love Poetry she became a stone early in the story and her soul is vanished and the stone is destroyed but maybe she's reincarnated to become FL in Moonlight Mystique.

Imo Ancient Love Poetry is better in every aspects. But I also think every first season (not always a prequel, since for example Dashing of Youth is the prequel of Blood of Youth but it comes after BoY and BoY is much better imo) of every drama I watched is better. But maybe it's just me.
