I just check the trailer of Story of Pearl Girl. Looks very good, the environment setting is very complicated and pretty, and the story looks promising. There's no CGI involved apparently, here I thought if a drama has big budget it'll have CGI.

It is indeed too bloody, I will check it out first since the leads are all handsome and pretty. If the storyline is good, I'll keep watching.

I watched the first 3 aired episodes of Fangs of Fortune, it's about 5 humans and demons solving demon-related cases.

So far it's very fine. The funny jokes thrown regularly. The CGI is there but not much. There are hints of friendships, romance and BE (but it's not definite since it's an original story referencing to a novel).

As for whether it's bloody... Some bloods were shed, some demons were dead, mostly shown in short duration so it's not that severe.

Ooh! Finally watching Love in the Moonlight (2016). Loving it!!! So far.....it's light, cute and fluffy. But chaos and conflicts are coming soon -  ep 11. 

They mentioned a mermaid falling in love with a prince. I may need to rewatch The Legend of the Blue Sea, after I'm done with this series.

Oh lotbs is one of my absolute favourite dramas of all time, it was my second drama w LMH and JJH and i remember there was that one OST, "this is love story" I think. I couldn't get it out of my head for over a week

One and Only plus Forever and Ever but in reverse.

I just now finished One and Only. However I watched Forever and Ever (the sequel with a happy ending) first, then went back and watched One and Only. That's the only way I could handle the sad ending. I would not have watched it at all except for how much I loved the main's relationship in Forever and Ever.

I just had to see Sheng Chen and Shi Yi's story from the beginning. Normally I do not watch sad ending dramas, but I made an exception. It was worth it. I was on the edge of my seat for a good portion of the series, even though the beginning is slow.

Forever and Ever is a modern sequel, but it was interesting to see that it had elements from long ago woven into the story. Like the family home being the same type of historical setting, and some of the character's roles reminded me of similar roles in historical dramas. And of course there are many references to their first life in One and Only.

Just completed the first 2 episodes of The Double (C, 2024) and enjoying it. Xue Fang Fei is a smart FL on the revenge path and the ML is Duke Su, smart and great with martial arts. So far, they've been on opposite sides and he knows he was used by her. I can't wait until she confides in him and gets his help - at least that's what I'm predicting.

I love Duke Su!!  Actually, I should say I love Wang Xing Yue! He's in some great dramas for sure.

Girl, you picked the perfect C-drama to start!! Dylan Wang is to die for!!!! The whole drama is just fire!!
