TBH, I'm overwhelmed at how much there is to keep up with. To a point I almost don't want to watch anything! Help!! Does anyone else ever feel that way? Or is it just me?

Earlier this year I knew exactly what shows where coming out that I wanted to watch, and rn I'm like ??? where did this show come from--? At least if there's a lull one day I'll have a back catalogue lol

Just finished "Why You ... Y Me?" (2022, Youtube), which I had added to my PTW list way back because of some of the familiar cast names. 

I wasn't expecting much beyond a silly Thai BL comedy with cuties, but I loved it! (I swear that my critical judgement was not influenced by the abundance of cuties, including but not limited to my dearly beloved Save Saisawat.) Although it has a few of the usual Thai BL clichés and other weaknesses, it's cute, sweet, charming and quite funny! It's a bit unusual in that the main couple is boy-girl (which I personally don't have a problem with - in fact, I really liked them!), but nevertheless the series is very much a BL, not least because the girl is a total fujoshi.

It was also interesting to see Maxky (who I otherwise only know as Johan, the serious character he plays in "Fourever You") playing a funny, non-serious, very different character. Speaking of which, I can't wait till tomorrow's episode 7 ...

Yes, the amount to keep up with these days is overwhelming. A rational response would be to choose selectively - but my id keeps telling me: "Must watch everything with cuties ... must watch ..."

I'm even trying to be selective, lol. There's no shortage of cuties though.

I think I'll have to remind myself to take one day at a time.  And enjoy the ones I can watch, as RX mentioned, cuz here's no way to watch everything.  And not waste time on a series I don't really like or isn't working for me.

It's been a moment since I've fallen for both MLs, but here I am crushing on both Do Hoe & Ju Young. 

I'm loving it so far, but in the back of my mind I know they will be apart for a long time, so that feels sad. I know, I'm thinking too far ahead, but I can't unknow it.

 As with most series with a mean/abusive parent role, I feel anxious and on edge until they are either out of the picture or they stop their bad behavior. 

For now I'm prob not going to get much sleep tonight cuz I'm going to keep watching!

The long-form series aren't hard to follow, it's when you add in the short-form/reels format BL dramas that seem to have new releases several times a week that I start to struggle, especially since there is less information around about release dates, etc. So many apps, so many subs. It's just too expensive.
