One of my questions as well. So curious.

On one hand, we dont really see GL couples in mainstream j-dramas. But on the other hand, Japan does have a stronger history of having GLs period, especially recently with their string of successes.

The rights to Stuck With Me, from the same universe as Reverse With Me and Reverse 4 You, have been bought and the cast have been announced! (Source)

Thai horror GL movie, Malee, will be releasing in cinemas on Nov. 14th

Salmon - the author of upcoming Queendom, Built In Love, The Dragon, The Tiger and The Swan - will be seeing 4 more of her novels become series: The Earth, The Water, The Air, The Fire (Source). Quite an in-demand author it seems, lol.

GL novel "The Whale Store" has also sold the rights for an adaptation (Source). The English version of the novel is planned to release in January 2025 (Source).

GLs "Buy My Boss" and "Shades" have been announced from the studio FRT Entertainment . With teasers for both coming on November 21st. 

Surprise Thai micro drama "The Secret of Work" started airing on Nov. 2nd from Ch3.

Idol Factory (GAP; Loyal Pin; Dream) have announced a new GL "Somewhere Somehow" (starring FayMay from Marvellous Dream is You; planned to release July 2025)  and announced that "Cranium" will be starring Freen and Becky (Planned to release January 2026) (Source 1; Source 2). Furthermore, A Nuttapong has confirmed that he will not be directing Cranium (And presumably no GLs moving forward?; Source).

A Nuttapong has also stated that The Passenger and Dark Theory are cancelled (Source)

I'm very overwhelmed suddenly lol. But def a good thing. I'm glad we're in a position where i can be overwhelmed. Maybe the day when we'll be spoiled for choice is coming sooner than anticipated.

True. It's making me emotional tbh. Japan is also chipping in. Though kinda disappointed with the Taiwan industry and it's better not to talk about sokor. The pictures look nice but I think a single picture with collage would have looked better.
