Thai comedy series 1995-2010

Hi there, Im hoping someone  can help me  with this Thai Comedy series. There was a Actor that played a grown up Baby.He had   talcum  powder on his face. His name Was  Hoi Kong. Not sure of the spelling . I really  enjoyed  this series. I just can't remember     the name. It was around 2001-2007                 roughly. Great if someone  can let me know the series name.
