I made a Green Gumbo (vegan), it's supposedly a Cajun Lenten specialty.  Came out pretty good although I switched out white beans for the black-eyed peas, because I loathe them.

We’ve been alternating between sunny and quite warm and raining and cold.  Today was rainy and cold. Made black bean soup served on rice. Cilantro, lime, cheese, and avocado on top. 

Will be having ham sandwich with some chocolate milk :) , lazy day for meee
