Help with Drama name

I can't remember the name of this drama that I watched, just the plot.  A man and his fiancee were in a car accident, the man died and his heart went to another man. This other man has feelings for this woman whom he never met. Eventually the man and woman end up together. At the end she climbs a mountain to meet him and then they go down the mountain and are walking together and then he proposes to her. It is not falling for Innocence
