Western streaming sites in S.K. & docos

2 questions, if I may.

1. We have Viki, Netflix, dramacool etc to watch S. Korean content with english subtitles. Does South Korea have the equivalent for 'western' dramas with hangul subs? I know they'll have Netflix but what other sites exist for them?

2. Does anyone know where I can watch South Korean documentaries, with english subs of course?
