He Yu was devistated because he felt betrayed by Xie Qingcheng, he thinks Xie Qingcheng is the biggest hyppocrite and liar. And also he found out that the Xie Xue in his memory was fake, just an illusion. She was never really there for him. Thus, he began to get a flare up and was so so angry and hurt. He doesn't want to pretend anymore, and doesn't want to try his best to fit in to society.

He Yu went to a club house for wealthy people. He rented the best room and hostesses and the most expensive drinks. Xie Qingcheng tried to contact him multiple times but He Yu never picked up so XQC did his research and found out that he is in that club. He went there and wanted to take He Yu home, He Yu didn't want to go he said he will only go with him if he drinks the wine. Accidently, the hostesses gave him the strongest wine with aphrodisiacs. He Yu began to panick for a short while but later on felt a kind of thrill, he thought Xie Qingcheng deserved it. He Yu wanted him to drink more and more and Xie Qingcheng drank the whole bottle I think. He began to feel weird and later on, began to notice that something is wrong with the wine. He got furious because He Yu dared t drug him. He Yu wanted the hostesses to touch XQC, but he pushed them away. Later a hostess had an idea, maybe XQC swang the other way? He Yu said no way but later on had a really long inner monologue which led him to want to humiliate XQC and the rest, you can imagine

Lol i can't quote this one too cuz it's long but thank you sooooo much for the spoilers. Wait talk to me about the Xie Xue thing tho, what did you mean by 'she was never really there for him'? Damn ok so He Yu is going to get full on unhinged from now on. Oh yea i can imagine, the 'wanting to humiliate XQC' scenario. I wonder how long BaB is gonna be. Modern danmeis mostly get over before the 200 chapters mark.

Maybe he's going to find out the things Xie Qingcheng keeps hidden from anyone someday.. Well, I hope for XQC to have secrets because there's no way he quit his job because he is afraid of mentally ill people, like he said in the video lol

He's portrayed as a very dominant and fearless character till now so I don't think what he said in the video are true!

That's a really good guess! I also think that it might has something to do with his parents case. Also maybe there are other hidden truths.  We still don't know many things about his past, we just know what other people also know already. And Meatbun likes to put many secrets as possible in her novels, so i'm excited for the plot twists hehe
