It was good that LSS finally admitted her love for TTJ. Even the "way of the universe" was pitying TTJ. 😂

I was excited when I saw they did a tiger CGI for the drama but they didn't include him much even  in the Jin arc. He had so many funny moments with YXW/LSS too. Wasted opportunity really

Mo Nv was made for drama. There was no such character in the novel. GYJW became the leader of HY sect after he was released from the demonic spell. There wasn't much more mentioned in the novel of YQY except he became a long-lived human. If I remember correctly, novel PR was still hung up on her 1st love until her death so TTJ mocked YQY about this. Drama basically expanded YQY+PR cp and made it bittersweet. The novel just had a bitter ending for them. 😅

I just read all i mean lol most of the stuff in these discussion boards and you guys are the best.. i was having such a hangover after finishing ep.40

My friends, this is it - the final chapter of the novel HE. Having to reread these chapters, especially the last one made me cry buckets - tears of sorrow for the lost years, relief that they found each other again and finally joy in their homecoming.

Thank  you so much for your work giving us the HE chapter summaries. I feel so much better about the drama ending now.  Even though I cried too reading this final chapter of the HE, because it's such a relief that they find one another again. Tantai Jin is happy and Susu finally says she loves him, and it was only and always him. I feel like I am crying with Tantai Jin at this moment!

Yes, knowing they are together helps very much. The story feels like it comes full circle with this ending. From no home, to a home. Even though LSS has a home in the beginning, she loses it due to TTJ, and TTJ never has a home until he meets her, and comes to know she is home.  They balance one another. So to finally have LSS be truthful and tell him it was always him, in her heart, let us  know he is her home, too. It took three lives, etc, to get here 😅 😍
