Buannaiche:

"Restart After Come Back Home", which was a sweet, and warm film.

"Mitsuomi Kozuka quits his job in Tokyo and decides to return to his hometown in the country for the first time in 10 years. His relationship with his Father was strained after he moved to Tokyo and didn't want to take over the family business. There, Mitsuomi Kozuka meets Yamato Kumai. Yamato Kumai is the adopted son of old man Kumai, who took him in after his parents abandoned him in a park when he was a baby. The old man runs a farm near the home of Mitsuomi Kozuka's parents.

Yamato talks Mitsuomi into helping out on the farm and that's when their relationship grows and begins to change them both. "

One of my favorites! 💙

The Lightning Tree 2010

the movie gave me a ''slow'' feeling. it wasn't that slow moving at all, but it still feels slow.

i did like it, but not the ending. still i think it's worth at least one watch.

"Dangerous Drugs of Sex".  I think I need to rewatch this, as I'm not sure about the undercurrents of the story.

Love Like the Falling Petals. I mainly watched it because I wanted to watch Kento Nakajima in something other than KanoKire (where I really disliked his character). Felt a little 'meh' about it; plot was a little inconsistent and unsure of itself at times and it didn't affect me emotionally at all like a lot of others said it did for them. :X

Terrarium Locker Room
Short film. Not a lot going on in terms of the overall story. Mainly focused on the lead.

The Time of Backlights
If you're looking for something with a structured plot (plot with a goal, meaningful progression of story) then this movie ain't it. Slice of life of two leads who're childhood friends living in Kyoto, the story leads to a slight romance. And that's about it. Slow-paced and didn't need to overanalyze anything. A very good watch.

The Brightest Roof in the Universe

 TOO YOUNG TO DIE!
This is supposed to be a comedy film. Well, 90% of it was like that, but why I'm this sad after watching the last few minutes?

Ramen Fever. Holiday special on NGN-TV. This particular movie didn't focus on the usual foodie porn imagery as others centered around Japanese cuisine. More about family dynamics and personalities that just happen to be in the ramen/restaurant business. Was aight, but won't be my reference ramen movie.

Walking with the Dog
