[U]PLOT

Hirosue Ryoko plays the role of Uno Sawako, a plucky single mother of 3 boys. Due to her personality, fearing that she will be the ruin of him, Sawako's husband takes off and abandons her and their 3 boys. Sawako is left to bring up their 3 sons by herself. Living an average normal life, one day, Hoshio, a man who is suffering from amnesia, suddenly appears before her. Even though he is much younger than her, Sawako falls in love with Hoshio at first sight. A dormant heart that now has love awakened, Sawako decides to keep Hoshio by her side by telling him, "You are my husband"... Will Sawako be able to struggle through balancing the reality of being a mother of 3 boys with her immatured tendre for Hoshio? --Fuji TV

I loved the first episode!! Watched it randomly, was pleasantly suprised and now I can't wait to see how the story continues. And the kids are soooooooooo adorable. Actually all characters seemed really lovable.

I also loved the first episode. I can't wait for the second one. It is so adorable. Starman is awesome. I already love the middle son, I end up loving the chubby cute kids like Hide lol. But they are all amazing and the adults too. I hope this drama does not fail in its delightfulness!

I'm also loving the first episode! I love the chemistry between the two main leads. Sawa is just a bunch of energy and hyperactivity. Hoshio's quietness kind of complements it. And yeah, loving the kids and the grandmother too! Isn't the grandma cute? Haha Hide, the second son is so lovable, and Shun, the youngest is just too adorable. :)

Oh I forgot about the grandma, I love her. She is so okay with everything lol. She is an awesome grandma. XD And yay a fellow Hide fan! Shun is cute and I am sure Dai's cuteness will eventually shine when he accepts Hoshio!

How many episodes will this drama have? I looked for info on the OHP and on Wiki JP, but I found nothing, so I guess it depends on the ratings? :S I hope this drama does well, it has such a heartwarming atmosphere, I really like it.

I didn't find anything regarding the length of the drama either. It's TBA according to dramawiki so I guess it's depending on the ratings indeed.

I'm worried it's only two episodes because the preview for the next one seemed almost like a closure thing and we learn pretty fast it seems about what he is. I don't want it to be so. Everyone is so adorable. Maybe the preview is a lie....

Awww, 2 episodes? I hope not T_T From the 2nd episode preview, it definitely looks like Hoshio's "identity" (whatever that is), would already be revealed then. But I don't think that it will only consist of 2 episodes. Fuji TV's previous summer kayou 10 (a term given to TV shows airing in the Tuesday 22:00 timeslot) dramas usually run for 10-12 episodes. The lowest one in rating was Koishite Akuma back in 2009 and it still consisted of 10 episodes ;)

Yay even just 10 episodes would be awesome. I shall cross my fingers and hope it continues! A lot of people seemed to like this show too so maybe, just maybe it might go above 10! :D

Could be wrong, but it looked more like a preview for multiple episodes so the viewers get an idea of where this drama is heading storywise? It seemed too much stuff was happening there to fit in one episode? I also assume it'll have around 11 episodes though, like most dramas... And the ratings for the first episode weren't thaaaat bad (around 10%~) considering this isn't a big name drama like Summer Nude.

Have you watched the first episode? It has a mixture of family, romance, fantasy and sci-fi. :)

Hey, maybe you're right there. Maybe the preview that we saw was not entirely the preview for the second episode. Instead, a sort of demo of how the entire series would be like. Yeah first episode was around 10% in the kanto region. Very promising indeed :)

Reminded me that movie is on my to-watch list, which is a very very long list, haha. What to do, so little time, too many movies/drama to watch. Anyway, I need to pick it up real soon.

Oh I hope so. I forgot sometimes JDramas like show you randomly everything going to happen in a drama, kind of like not a flashback but a flash...forward? Yay I am happy. I really like this drama and hope it prevails. I haven't watched Summer Nude so I'm biased on this one lol.
