I think that's precisely why they didn't show us anything. As you say, the feeling's not there, but it would be the most natural thing for two grown ups who are getting married to find consolation in the arms of one another. Furthermore, she's wearing a nightgown and he's wearing... he's not wearing; if they just fell asleep side by side, when and why did they strip off?
My view on the matter is that they have indeed slept together, but because everybody - including the viewers - was still mourning the death of the king and coming to terms with all the heavy consequences, putting there a sex scene (as mild as it can be), would have been out of timing. Still, their sleeping together tightens their bond, which will make the eventual lack of trust all the more dramatic.

Doesn't seem so...I agree with those who say that it didn't happen between them. We all know Kim Hang Ah, she wouldn't be so 'normal' if it would have happened anything. She jumps up only from a kiss. I hope they make it clear in the future when it happens>.<
