That was a beautiful ending!! WOW!! All the gaksitals I loved it!! The ending was perfect but the only problem was I wish that there was more!!!! I'm really going to miss this show!!!
I wish Mok Dan didnt die...how my heart broke during the whole episode! One because Kang To was in so much pain and two because I realised that I've really grown to love Mok Dan. The writers are really cruel killing her ;'( poor Kang To!!! I absolutely hate Shunji...!! He's one of the most hateful characters I've ever seen and definitely the most hated one to me!! How could he?! How many people has died by his hands and then he bloody kills himself?! His death was inevitable but he needed to be punished and at least atone for his sins!!! But I think it was either killing himself or die by sacrificing himself....either way he dies! Dont think I've ever hated anyone so much! It might be heartless to say this because he loved Mok Dan but really he didnt have to rights to cry over her....she was soooo happy!! What did he think was going to happen if he killed Kang To?!
Well that my feelings right after just finishing this epic drama!! Hopefully my anger towards Shunji will go away as time passes aha! One thing for sure my love for this show definitely won't go away! I want to watch it again right now!
This show was just perfect in every way! Never fails to impress me and never bores!!! I loved everyone (except Shunji atm) and standing ovation to all the actors and actresses!!! They were all just WOW!!!! I can't compliment them enough aha! The writers tooo!! Amazing job!!! It amazes me that they could keep the show alive all the way through!! WOW and standing ovation to everyone who particiapated!! Enjoyed it!!

Tell Ely it is not KT that needs to die it is MD! if MD dies to save KT i would be very happy ...
my comment made me LOL
when i saw shinji about to shoot i seriously LOL thinking about my comment i made and how i predicted it so well ... i actually didnt cry when MD die, i felt she talked abit too much and too strong for someone dying (or am i the only one that thought that?) like seriously that dying scene could have been alot better ... however i did tear when rara said her farewell to Katsuyama, and i teared when shinji die.
And another note when KT entered shinji's room my mind was thinking kill bill x.x

Just finished it & I am very happy with the outcome everything that happened made sense & I for one understood why Shunji killed himself if you look at Japanese culture and everything that happened so far he had no other choice.
I really liked the conversation LKT & Shunji had at the end ...i particularly liked it when LKT said to Shunji you think the only reason i came here was because of Bong Yi (Mok Dan) showing that everything the struggle for freedom was bigger than any one person.
My feelings towards Mok Dan were ambivalent I neither particularly liked or disliked her so her demise was ok by me.
I liked the way Katsuyama & Rara story ended I think it would have been too cheesy for them to end up together & her walking off into the sunset with Katsuyama sadly watching her leave was poignant and realistic.
Oh and the last scene with everyone dressed as gaksital confronting the Japanese police I loved it PERFECT ending!!!
All in all a fab ride :D

So i ended the drama ! It was a great ending for me especially the last scene, that was really awesome. Ever since the beginning all i wanted was Joeson uprising, i never cared for Mok Dan, I wanted her dead a long time ago so this fulfil my wish :D I just felt bad for Kang To but he was strong enough to stand up again, that's cool ! This drama gets a 10 that's for sure !
Aphrodite was crying like a baby through the whole episode, Ely was calming her down, i think she's still crying till now :D I haven't shed a single tear because like i said this isn't a sad ending, it's the perfect ending for me plus let's admit it, this kind of drama won't have *a happy kiss at the top of the mountain* Be logical, things like that doesn't exist when it's an intense drama.
I will miss this drama :)
*Those two scenes with RaRa and Shunji where he continued to say that Mok Dan just needs to be by his side, then blaming Kangto for her death, I swear I heard kookoo clock sounds!
The ending was amazing and I even teared up when I saw KangTo lying by her grave. It's a tribute to the acting of Joo Won, and Ki Woong's too since my heart stopped when he turned that gun on himself. I knew there was no other choice for Shunji but still it broke my heart.
Hate Mok Dan all you want but she protected her man to the end. She (her type of character) is a necessary evil. Dramas have to have a love interest right? I've said it before that the lead actress is almost always the weak link and only needs to look pretty and cry at will and she Se Yeon did that well. If she wasn't there, who would have been the bait all those times? lol[B]*
There may have been a flaw here and there, but this drama was so jam packed that I didnt care, or forgot about it until much later. This definitely is now my favorite drama of all time. I love ya Kangto and Shunji!

Sniffling! I can't believe it's over ;__; Aaahh, this drama is just too good. It may be my favorite of all time. So many feels wrenched out of me! It never dropped its momentum or the feeling that I couldn't look away. And seriously one of the most beautiful, sad, soul-stirring final episodes I've seen. That ending! Joo Won and Park Ki Woong. Oh. Em. Gee. Their acting blows my socks off. Park Ki Woong makes iced coffee with floating ice creepy. Iced coffee. That is serious talent.
Spoilers and actress criticisms Mok Dan's fate... I felt neutral on it and yet was sad at the same time. It was pretty much expected since that second to last epi (way too much happy. Ominous sign). It was a little weird because the camera would focus on Kang To's tragic face and I'd tear up, then it would go to her pale face and I would dry up, and back and forth like so. To be a little fair to the actress, her character was pretty bland, she's very young and inexperienced, and she's surrounded by actors of amazing depth in both the rookies and veterans that make her look even worse. The entire cast was incredible and perfect...except her. I never believed that she really loved Kang To...or her father...or anybody. Or anything that came out of her mouth. My first suggestion to her would be to find another career path. That being doubtful, my second would be to throw herself into an "evil" role and maybe shake some of that stiffness off.
Spoilers for Dark Knight Rises ahead. Mhm. And romance crits. The only flaw this drama had (okay besides no one being able to shoot, a few holes, and inaccurate time period costumes. All forgivable in light of awesomeness) was the romance. Not only did the actress fail to convince me that she loved anyone, there was no chemistry between her and Joo Won (it had a very brother/sister feel), the female character was amiable but bland (besides the random fighting skills that appeared and disappeared), and I had a hard time buying that two people that had dramatic times when they were children are automatically in love. I really just didn't buy the love line at all. For the most part, it was typical action flick obligatory romance, and that was disappointing.
Now, I realize that this is from a manhwa so they probably didn't want to make huge changes, but I still think it would have perfect if it had had DKR twists. As a proud member of Team RaRa (the better actress, the way more interesting character, and there was more chemistry between them in two seconds than in an hour with Mok Dan), my daydream was that since Mok Dan survived when she was little, she was brought to the Japanese side and was working for them the whole time. There's her father, but he basically abandoned her and her soon-to-be-dead mother. Lots of opportunity for animosity from Mok Dan/Miranda. RaRa, on the other hand does a Catwoman, sees the error of her ways, and begins secretly fighting on the Korean side. Kang To feels more nostalgia/responsibility towards Mok Dan, starts guiltily falling for RaRa, things crop up the make him suspicious of Mok Dan, annngst, they'd have to add more epis. All that good stuff. ...I feel like I'm writing a fanfic. But that was my rant and my fantasy. Thank goodness the romance was a relatively small part of this otherwise beautiful drama.
I feel like I'm going to re-watch this several times over my lifetime. I also feel like The Bridal Mask production team needs to compensate me for about 10 boxes of tissues, several bottles of blood pressure meds, and my bill for ulcer treatments.

at first i wasn't particularly happy about Mok Dan dying and seriously at her wedding.... but then the ending was superb!!! so it kind of gave away that sad feeling
i liked that Kang To still fought for Joseon and did not give up just because Mok Dan (and the others) died
very well made drama, i love it so much!! <3!!! XD
Move over SKKS, we have a new TOP5 drama! Bridal mask was amazing! Seriously, everyone should watch it!
The ending was realistic. I kinda expecting this kind of ending for Mokdan and Kangto (although I thought it would be the other way around). I said it already before, Joowon's an amazing actor and he made me cry and laugh with him during this drama! Shunji's ending was maybe the most appropriate considering his situation and heritage, although /*he chose a gun to end it, not a sword like a real samurai should do. I guess he felt his doings were not so noble to deserve a death with honour (hara-kiri) and he didn't want to fight Kangto...*/

I didnt have much a opinion in terms of MD's character, but just felt the actor could have given more. I agree with goose i just dont see the chemistry which makes it kinda hard to watch when they are together. If i had to give a award to best actor in this drama it would be shinji. As much as i hate his character, i feel his every pain and everything he does makes my body twitch and go wow.

Omo, why were you happy because MD died? That's evil.
I knew that something sad would happen at the end and i was sure that Shunji will be dead but it was also sad to see him kill himself T_T
I was somehow mad of Rara, i know that she wouldn't end ith Katsuyama but if Shunji stopped her, she would stay with him yet when Katsuyama wanted to be by her side she pushed him off, that was cruel Katsuyama is much better than Shunji !
Anyway, the ending was great, the drama is one of my favorites !
