Which K drama confesses the guy in different languages

hey guys i watched a drama a year ago or so where the guy always said i love you in different languages but the woman only realzied that a lot later =)
i first thought it was ugly alert but i dont think thats true.


HMMM please help me find that drama so i can watch it again =)

I just finished I Really Really Like You and it had this. The guy had a list of foreign 'I love you's which he kept saying and the woman didn't have a clue until she found that list.
