ep.12 part 1= Jae Suk (DGJ's assistant): [Drunk]"Just thinking of you makes me really sad. So I drank a little." "Might as well just tell everyone. My heart can't be told to anyone."........"Hyung! I beg you please stay by my side forever HYUNG!" [Grinding DGJ's chest & abs as well hugging him from back]
Ae Jeong: "Jae Suk... & you... what to do ???"
DGJ: "It's not what you think it is...2x. It's not...." [Jae Suk still grinding DGJ]
DGJ: [to Jae Suk] "Let Go 4x... Let Go Quickly. What's wrong with you? Let Go 3x... What are you doing? Let Go 3x..."
Hahaha this scene so gay! It reminds me of Personal Taste's scene --> Lee Min Ho & Im SeuLong kekeke so hilarious! :D :D xD

Right-clicked and Saved. Thankyouverymuch. Someone far more tech savvy than I needs to make that Dokko pervert face into a gif. It's just that good.
Nope, Dokko's not going to die. Just no. Nope. Nein. Nuh-uh.

I agree with you. I mean I really want to know what was so bad, also at the same time I hate how she's being so shameless and hiding behind Ae Jung. Ae Jung even told her that she has something now that she wants to protect. I don't understand how Mi Na's character can be so self-centered and think that she's the only one that deserves to be happy. I'm loving the angst right now, cause it's proving how Dokko Jin knows when to step up and be a man, cause we all know he knows how to be childish perfectly. Also the negotiation with the cow had me laughing out loud.
Wow show really? You really only have 2 episodes left?! I have a strong belief everything will turn out okay...after much angst and tears are wrung from me. I'm impressed with ability of the Hong Sisters to keep the light moments mixed into the script through the build up of dramatic tension. I adore this show so much I had to write a review now. I couldn't wait. I also didn't want to know the ending and possibly slip any spoilers into my review unknowingly. I can't imagine any of my thoughts changing about this show. It has been such a fun ride. But still...will Dokko Jin live? How will He and Ae Jung resolve the conflict of their differences and stay together? Will they say "screw this" to their images and the media? What will happen to sweet sweet Pil Joo? (I am probably in the minority as I do want him and Se Ri to end up together) Will Ding Dong become a famous child actor with an endless supply of donuts and possibly take over Dokko Jin's bachelor pad?
p.s...Dear BaT, this hater-ade tastes pretty good! oooohhh that Mina! I am giving her the royal stink eye. Selfish wench!
See you all next week! I hope this thread explodes then with peoples thoughts.

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
I'm just done with episode 14 and even if I'm repeating myself, I want to say I do hope we're not heading toward a bad ending! I previously said a few words about it before and I have the very bad feeling things will go wrong because of all the little details we're left here and there: the hidden ring, the end of the story of "Paul and Nina", Pil Joo still not over Ae Jung, the potatoe which did not grow a flower yet and will likely wither on the floor, the way Dokko kissed Ae Jung like it'll be the last time (for me, that kiss topped the ones from Lie to Me, how he initiated it was so casual yet it was passionate, intense and you could feel he was pouring his all into it - I actually wooed!), the lyrics of that mellow song they play at the end of the episode when Ae Jung is singing while crying which says something like "remember my love, even if it was only for a moment of your life" and like I said from the very beginning, the title of this drama "The Greatest Love" which could be interpreted as a regret/something that happened in the past (as in "the greatest love I've ever had"). I hope the next episode will prove me wrong.
The only positive point I'm thinking of is that there are 2 episodes left which means, one to deliver the surgery outcome and one to bring closure to all characters. If Dok Go Jin dies, I think the 16th episode wouldn't be needed since he's in surgery right at the end of ep. 14, which means it shouldn't take the whole 15th ep. before we know the results. I'd actually like to believe he's gonna marry Ae Jung in the finale. If not, give me a rope right now.
I'd like to add I'm glad they made up Ae Jung's character like this. She's cold, responsible, miserable, charmless and I still don't dig her but she truely loves him despite her conditions. If she was that perfect girl going all mushy with Dok Go Jin, I think it wouldn't have been that good. Her contrast with his character who's all over her is what makes the drama so funny and interesting. Now I am envying Cha Seung Won's wife for being the true one he looks at in the way he does for Ae Jung in the drama. His eyes are very expressive and he conveys so much emotions it kills me. He's beautiful. (why yes, I'm biased)
To close this post on a lighter note: is it me or did he actually kidnap Ae Jung with the original intention of making out with her before he goes in surgery? If yes, it's wise they didn't do it, he desires her so much his heart probably couldn't have take it but it would have certainly been an epic death LOL.

Oh now your post has made me a lot angsty! I hope your feeling of dread is proven wrong! But also...I think Dokko Jin kidnapped her with the original intention of having some full on sexy time but yeah, I think knows he's probably pushing it at this point to truly go there. spoiler Hot Hot kisses though!! (loved your post)
Finally watched episode 14 after DC took it down last night (when I was in the middle of watching T_T) and put it back up today:
I'm not convinced that Dokko Jin is going to die. The thing with Pil Joo's story is that he's just plain wrong---that's not the story that's playing out between Dokko Jin and Ae Jung. It's kind of like when a side character is convinced that this is their story, that they're the main character in the drama that's playing out, and is totally oblivious to the fact that they're in reality ancillary to the whole tale. As much as I love Pil Joo, he has a skewed sense of his own heroism, believing that Ae Jung is someone who needs to be saved and protected. Really, Ae Jung hasn't been "kidnapped" by our evil king (OK, well, in a literal sense maybe, but not figuratively), and she doesn't stay with him because she pities him as per Pil Joo's story. Ae Jung is our hero here, really has been for the past 10 years, and as Dokko Jin himself said, he's the princess trapped and at the mercy of the fame monster (um, yes, that might be an inadvertent Lady Gaga reference). Yes, Ae Jung is also a victim of that particular beast, but since she has no image to speak of, she's granted way more freedom of personhood, i.e. to be her real self and not some false image, than Dokko Jin. And to make the princess and hero image even more literal, it's Dokko who's always trapped in his home because of reporters and Ae Jung who is always sneaking in and out of there to be with him. Plus, (I think I said this earlier) the Hong Sisters are not subtle with their metaphors, and they've already painstakingly laid the foundation for Dokko's heart relying on the song Dugeun Dugeun to get his heart dugeun-dugeuning again. Somehow Ae Jung is going to sneak into that hospital and sing through the intercom or something. And that's going to do the trick.
As for the title of the show itself, there love as it's played out is indeed a great one, but has it merited the title of "greatest"? Not yet. For me, the greatest love anyone can show another person involves personal sacrifice, and while there have been many moments where something was jeopardized, neither Ae Jung or Dokko have given anything up to be with each other. All that's happened so far is that the stakes have been continuously increasing, culminating in this surgery. If Dokko dies, his image isn't really tarnished, and Ae Jung's image rises due to being the final love of a beloved celebrity with a tragic ending. But if Dokko lives... That's where things get interesting, and that's where Dokko has to prove that his love is worthy of the drama's title By sacrificing his image in some way. I wrote earlier in the thread that I loved him for punching Manager Jang and tarnishing his good guy image, the most valuable thing he had. However, I wrote that too soon since Dokko was able to successfully cover that up, but the time is coming when that image of his has to be relinquished in order for him to be with Ae Jung. That sacrifice would make his love the greatest. Which is why he has to live in my opinion.
And if I'm wrong, I will never watch another Hong Sisters drama.
