Well sometimes rudeness is part of plot/story at least early on, which evolves into a love/hate relationship. 

Here are a few that come to mind when it's obvious the male character is pretty rude:

Most rude:

  • Boys Over Flowers
  • Black
  • Secret Garden
  • The Last Empress (not like the others though, won't post any spoilers)

To a lesser extent, but still somewhat rude how male leads treat the female lead, or at least a rude indifference:

  • Cheese in trap
  • Goong
  • Her Private Life
  • The Master's Sun
  • My Girlfriend is a Gumiho
  • Something about 1 percent
  • You're beautiful
  • Cinderella and the four knights
  • Playful kiss

I just recently watched Goong after I heard about the remake and wow the male lead was so immature. To be fair, all the characters were immature and that sometimes worked in a charming way, but the male lead was almost cruel it how he treated the FL. The number of times he was willing say things that hurt her due to misunderstanding or jealousy was surprising.

Cheese in the Trap 100% 

Probably a lot more but I had a visceral reaction to how the ML treated the FL and literally everyone else in the drama. I've never hated a ML more tbh.
