So, apparently, the male lead of the series, River Where the Moon Rises, was fired for "bullying" (I don't know anything about this case, so please look into it yourself).
What got my attention was that the actor playing the male lead has changed, with the series to continue as if it were the exact same performer. Obviously, I'm very intrigued as to how this goes down with viewers, because it could be game-changing for producers held ransom by stars and their wages!
Game of Thrones did replaced Ed Skrein, who went on play the main villain in Deadpool, but did so during a series break. To my knowledge, fans - and that series had plenty! - didn't kick up much of a fuss.
