[Discussion] What's Up

just finished ep 10 and got to say im sort of hating it. hopefully it'll get better. missing Oh Doo Ri and Lee Soo Bin :(

LOL, well at episode 15 I am actually feeling sad for her by now a little, I kinda got used to her, she's stalkerish but kinda cute at it. The character I really dislike is Eun Chae, she's been always getting on my nerves, especially in that play they staged early on. And Oh Man Suk's character kinda fits Oo Doo Ri's style, to be fair.

Man I really like Oh Man Suk. He's so easily likeable and natural at acting. He's a musical actor and singer himself and has a pretty good voice. 5 times played the stage adaptation of Clown and I, Yi. and looking at some youtube videos, he seems honestly earnest about this.
Just finished the Vinyeard man and he was absolutely adorable with Yoon eun Hye, who by now has become a pro at romantic comedies, no doubt about that.

But, back to what;s up. I'm dreading episode 17 and 18 now, the previews in episode 16 were clear enough to me and what was indicated in episode 15 (and 16, from what I managed to understand watching it RAW) is also clear enough for me.
But I suppose, it was to be expected from day one.

Just finished episode 16.. and I can't wait for the last eps, but also don't want them either, cause that means this drama is over.. From the beginning I haven't really liked Tae Yi or Eun Chae, and now, 16 eps in, I still don't care to much for them.. Tae Yi is a little better, but not good enough. The characters I really like aren't getting enough screen time, although I am glad that Soo Bin is appearing a little more often, and the guy who couldn't sing, can sing.. All I can say is I hope Oh Doo Ri, gets what she wants..

watching this drama and loving it...it might not be the best drama out there but it's definitely better than HS (any drama is better than HS lol) and DH..i almost dropped it in the first 10 mins but then around 16th or 17th min it started getting interesting (atleast for me)...i love Lee Soo Hyuk and his voice *sigh*..rest of the cast and crew aren't bad either...i also like the music so far

I agree.. he has a very mesmerizing voice..

same here..that guy is good..i first thought i'ld like Daesung better but then he slowly grew on me and now i like him more...ofcourse Soo Hyuk is the best although i wish he had more screen time ^_^

I read somewhere that Im Joo Hwan was going into the military, or that he filmed this right before he left.. I agree with you Kamz, Soo Hyuk doesn't have enough screen time.. and I thought I would really like Daesungs character as well, but I have been so disappointed, and its not Daesung, its the character..

Let's see: meek, docile, pushover, hesitant, timid, apprehensive.. they all kinda mean the same thing..

she is...not just yours..everyone else' too lol...

and phoenix you are right..i thought i would love Daesung too (because of obvious reasons...cough*Big Bang*cough) but it was disappointing ...

yup yup.. I love me some Big Bang, and I feel he is the most underrated in the group, so was kinda hopin this would be a break for him to shine, not happenin..

I can't believe there are only 2 episodes left. Although the ending is pretty predictable and I have the feeling about how it will end I'm still interested in it. I hope they will do a second season.

I used to sympathize Tae Yi but in the last episodes she acted too retarded, repeting the lines like an idiot. Really.
I liked the conversation between Chae Young and Soo Bin, actually her monologue in episode 16. :D I understand her feelings. Soo Bin didn't look like a zombie anymore in this scene. :D
I think that Sun Woo doesn't fight with his cancer because he wants to meet his beloved in the other life. He is one of my favorites characters and I'm sad that he will end up like this. Now I think I understand why in the first scene of the first episode everyone is dressed in black. :( I feel sorry for Oh Doo Ri, too. She seems sincere so I think she deserved more attention.
