The Story of Ming Lan (2018)

I love the development of their story and romance.

Ming Lan first met Gu Ting Yue during the engagement ceremony of her eldest sister, Hua Lan.  GTY lost the arrow shooting game to her.  

Later on, GTY helped ML to find a physician for her mother.  GTY fought hard to get the physician to her mother but it was too late to save the poor lady.

ML was only eight years old and GTY- 12 years old.

Episode 35

The old emperor says GTY is a mischievous kid who showed off his spear skills in front of him and asked for reward money following his performance.  The former gave him a spear which GTY tried to get it back from his brother later on.

When he was in the palace paying homage to the old emperor, GTY killed the goldfish in the palace garden.
