Speaking of official.  There was an announcement of an Official Global Tan Jian Ci fan group.  I don't know exactly how official they are, but they've opened up on several social media platforms.

i cant imagine how he manages it… all those cameras being so close to him. but the fans are mostly orgsnised. i like that they dont get into so much fan wars as well (there is currently a conflict between fans of tjc and another from hi6 ding something)

Seriously, though, there are some fans on twitter and youtube and tiktok who seem to have access to weibo and other sources and between them we get alot of info, if not all the context.  Like the fan wars.  Which I'm actually fine not following.  I'm sure the celebs would rather have fans spend their energy on supporting them and their work.  I hope that H!6 stuff gets squashed.  They actually seem to all have fun together.

I think a good portion of that crowd are like paparazzi or celebrity fans, more than solo fans.  Regardless, it would definitely get on my nerves, but Tan Jian Ci has plenty of experience dealing with crowds, though things are even bigger now, I imagine.  I could be wrong, but he also seems pretty calm, has good situational awareness, and manages to acknowledge the crowd without encouraging them.  I think nathsketch said something about a crowd rushing him once, but I missed that.

I think Tan Jian Ci's fans have gone crazy again.  At least, I think they are the ones responsible for this AMAZING display along the road.  Though it could be the film company, it looks more like fan favorite pictures to me.  It must be in honor of the end of the shoot of Go East.
