You're great at describing what you like! I've seen these dramas you've got on your watchlist: Study Group, Undercover High School, Chief Kim /Good Manager, and Mr. Queen. I 100% adore Chief Kim!
So we're talking funny, fast-paced, unique plots, mostly about the ML, and featuring misunderstandings like mistaken identity and more.
I think you'd really love a drama I started but put on hold: Bad and Crazy. It's super well done, and the only reason I didn't finish it is because all the stuff you love is stuff that I like but for me comes second to other factors.
Bad and Crazy has great action, and all the fights are well integrated into the ML's conflicts and challenges, so everything counts both physically and emotionally. The ML and the plot are both unique and surprising. And it's funny and wild.
I'd also like to cautiously recommend Vincenzo to you, because it reminds me of Chief Kim - a morally grey protagonist forms unlikely alliances, and uses his criminal skills for not-so-evil ends. It's not a laff riot, but there is dark humor. One appealing tension is that the ML is a coldblooded killer who looks great in his expensive suits. Some antagonists are surprised to discover he is a brutal avenger. It's definitely ML-focused and it moves fast. Two unique things about the drama are, first, that it's mostly set in a half abandoned mall building that's a metaphor for the entire country. Also, second, Vincenzo is Korean, but his personality and skills were formed by his life as a Mafia consigliere.
Bonus: Are you interested in a non-comedy? If you're up for a melodrama with some romance, then the ML's complicated identity and the central misunderstanding of Where Stars Land is right up your alley. The drama is a story of a man with unique challenges and a riveting story. It's really good, so I don't want to give too much away, but given the other dramas you've watched, I think it would be meaningful for you.
