I am looking for -- two personalities in one person ---

For example..

There is one person,who thinks that he is very handsome.After one incident, he came to know that he is not handsome.He is not ready to accept that.From that day on wards,there are two personalities in him..one is the one who thinks he is handsome..the other one normal one who accepted this fact.

This is just an example.
