Late Bloomers/Coming of Age Dramas

Being a late bloomer myself, I would like some dramas to serve as a source of energy and motivation. Right now I'm watching Kahogo no Kahoko and Because it's my first Life. For identification purposes, I would rather like it if the lead was female, but this is optional.
