Hmmm probably a tossup between two Chinese webdramas for me:
Proud of Love Season 2 - they completely changed the tone and theme from the first season but still somehow brought it all together at the very end of the show (they are connected if you're reading this and thinking of watching but season 1 was 2016 so does not qualify).
The Big Boss (both seasons) - it's cute to watch. It's not a heavy romance or anything but it's fun to watch the two leads interact and her imagination reminds me of JD from Scrubs which is probably my favorite American medical drama and comedy. It's a highschool drama.
