ML & FL are together, but she's still not over another guy...

It can be any sort of drama, but the the romance aspects deal with the fact that the FL is not over another guy. She wants to be with the ML, but lingering feelings keep occurring. That causes many problems for her relationship with the ML. She continuously hurts him and feels guilty about it. Maybe she dated the other guy, but they broke up with her. Maybe it was just an unrequited love. Maybe, the other guy starts to pursue her since getting with the ML. The ML & FL reconcile in the end and stay together.

Like the second half of Love Buffet.

Thai drama Jai Rao: the FL left the ML a long time ago then all of a sudden comes back with a suitor in tow. She loves the ML and feels guilty for leaving the first time. She wants to get back together or at least make up for it. Though she also feels grateful to the 2nd ML and can't really push him away so she's caught up between the two ML. En

Summer's desire (T-drama) : simply put she kinda goes back and forth between two guys and you never know who is the main male lead. It's a happy ending though.
