Not familiar with any series besides Addicted Heroin but I can recommend some movies that I enjoyed:

Just watched one in my lifetime and that is Addicted Heroin, 

1. Addicted Heroin (China, 2016) My ultimate asian bl favorite all the time
2. Seven days : Monday - Thrusday (Japan, 2015) This is most cutest japan bl film
3. Make It Right (Thailand, 2016) Comedic i like it
4. Love Sick (Thailand, 2014) The story quite interesting, season 1 is better than season 2
5. Takumi-kun (Japan, S02-S05) I don't like season 1 , Night Flight (Korea, 2014), Ossan's Love (Japan, 2018), Udagawachou De Matteteyo (Japan, 2015), White Night (Korea, 2012).
