Male version of Fairytale?

It's about two brothers, maybe twins, that were separated at a young age. I remember that one brother worked in a fish market, and the other is sick and lives with the grandparents. For whatever reason, the fish brother goes to visit the other one and he has to stand in for him for a while until his brother returns from getting treatment. 

Also the female leads almost burns down a house at some point from a campfire?
