Female lead is in love triangle with second male lead and second female lead

The female lead and second male lead have a budding romance early on, but the second female lead, maybe his ex causes problems between them. He chooses to be with the second female lead and that drives the female lead into the arms of the male lead who's in love with her. Eventually the second male lead breaks it off with the female lead. She's conflicted at first, realizes she loves the male lead and picks him.
