Caught in rain

Hi, i need help with finding title which is about a minor illness, catching a cold after getting caught in the rain where a character will be taken to the hospital or someone will be taking care of him. I dont have time to watch lenghty dramas, it would be good if its movie under 30 minutes. Or at least i need to find title which i watched this year where this trope i could see. Thanks but i watched that last year, i just dont rewatch  dramas so i cant use it

Apparently it's also present in the show Dear.M though I haven't seen it myself. 

Thats still long if it would be only last thing i have to watch i would have watch it and i cant risk to watch longer dramas.
