So I'm looking for dramas like The Devil Judge and Little Women...
- Main focus is on the government but there can be a side story too
- Poor people help expose/take down the corrupt government
- Romance isn't a main focus (though I'm not opposed to there being romance on the side lol)
- Preferably not extremely heavy
