I like the idea of MIJI better but I think it became blatantly clear at the end of episode 4 when Do-san and Ji-Pyung were asked if they liked Dal-Mi or not and Do-san said yes while Ji-Pyung said no.

you don't think he lied? I think he lied, because maybe he feels if he admits he likes her, he might be crossing a line

Lolol I mean that we all know Ji-Pyung has some sort of feeling for Dal-Mi, my point wasn't that he doesn't like her, it's that he can't admit it yet and isn't sure of his feelings. That is usually a pretty clear sign he's not going to get the girl, especially with the fact that the scene contrasts that "no" with Do-san's "yes". Do-san is actively pursuing her, Ji-Pyung is as of now sitting by the sidelines and it's gonna be too late when he admits his feelings. The male lead is usually the more proactive one.

Didn't everyone lied for the sake of her happiness? And I do think Han Jin Pyeong won't act on his feelings, because he's scared by what the grandmother would think, while Nam Do San will do as he feels like he always did. I don't like Nam Do San so far, yet I do love him being in a bromance with Han Ji Pyeong, and he is the main lead so he will get the girl. And as I said, I am shipping a sinking ship, and will likely torture myself while watching him get hurt by his own actions.

Am i the only one who cant see how jipyung has feelings for dalmi other than being grateful to dalmi's grandmother (and now guilty for being able successful when dalmi can if the grandma kept the ~80M won)? Or am i that biased to dosan (maybe that but dosan hasnt said the truth so i really havent shipped them 100%)? Hmm..

He is unable to express his feelings towards her as he feels heavily indebted to both grandma and dal mi... He feels guilty that grandma was the one who helped him in his tough times but as a cost of it, dal mi and grandma had to suffer...

As much as I like Han Ji Pyeong, I'm team DalDo. You see, Dal Mi thinks Do San is too good for her, and Do San knows she's too good for him. This shows that they think the world of each other (see episode 5). It's balanced, in a way. Not so with Ji Pyeong.

Do San knows he likes her. Ji Pyeong still has to see it. Do San is starting to grow, to bloom, so to speak. Ji Pyeong still has things inside himself that need to be dealt with.

TBH, MIJI. cause he's literally the one who help her through everything. it's just not fair that Do San get all in the end while he actually came later. i like him as a person, but Dal Mi is way more connected to Ji Pyung than him, that's the fact.

This is exactly why I'm pretty sure they'll end up together (DalDo, I mean).
I still think JP would be a better choice for her, but that's probably because I like his character more, and I think they understand each other better.

 Dramanogu:
I'm more towards MIJI, although it may be impossible because of Nam Joo Hyuk. He won't sign up if he wasn't the main lead, right?

Really? He wouldn't?
Sorry, I don't know much about the actors...

IKR, that's how I feel too!

Personally, I think the endgame is going to be DalDo. I don't think I'm choosing this ship from personal preference but from my gut feeling. In relation to the romance part of this drama, I somehow feel an Itaewon Class vibe from it. You can argue that Han Ji Pyung was there for Seo Dal Mi (through letters) when she needed someone to lean on the most, but I think that's all in the past. It was engraved in her mind that "Nam Do San" is the perfect man for her, and she still probably believes that. Many believe that once Seo Dal Mi discovers the truth she'll switch sides and ultimately choose her real pen-pal. But I think after the truth is disclosed she'll realize that she wasn't in love with Nam Do San because of the letters but because of who he is as a person. It is definitely being shown that Han Ji Pyung cares for Seo Dal Mi, and you can even argue that he has a deeper connection with her as of now, but I don't think passive love can win this race. Han Ji Pyung hides his love from the excuse that he needs to pay his debt; he hesitates and is a bit reserved about truly helping Seo Dal Mi. On the other hand, Nam Do San never really needed a reason to care for Seo Dal Mi. He truly wants to make her happy and he strives to be the person Seo Dal Mi needs in her life as the real Nam Do San. It has been proven in other dramas that love from the past doesn't guarantee your relationship in the future.

Well, this is my opinion and I can definitely be wrong. What do you guys think will happen with this overly complicated love triangle.

I'm Team DALDO! Fighting Nam Do San and Dal Mi! They will fight and make their "company" the best and continue to try their best being the top companies! I think different and I don't care what other people think what I think! Even though they're starting off slowly to knowing each other, they will end strong knowing each other!! Love you DALDO!

I really want it to end with MIJI.  I really like they're back story and I think there's so much to Han's story. I cried in the first episode and really felt the connection that Dal Mi and Han had in the letters. I think they can both grow and learn from eachother.    I also like Do San but I think he's not quite suited for Dal Mi.  I see him and Dal Mi as friends primarily.

PS:  I know this probably won't happen as Do San is first lead but one can hope 😅

@ Dreamy

DALDO is a  more suited than MIJI.

SDM is not a clueless girl. She is a leader, strong, motivated, persevering. She does not need someone to help her. She needs someone to understand her, support her, give her strength to overcome the difficulties, give her a hug when she needs it.  She has this delusion of an ideal first love but she is no romantic little girl actually. She is a fighter who will do the most with a good guide and a good man next to her.

NDS is a  considerate guy. He pays attentions to be good to his family his father or his cousin, his friends even strangers. He wants them to not be hurt and not misunderstand. He is better suited with Dal Mi. He tries to understand her and be the emotional support she needs. His warmth and caring side is what will help Dal Mi in her development.

HJP is a great guy. He is competent, ruthless in business. He has a fun and friendly appearance in private but he has no real friends. He is a solitary guy who cares to be fair and not indebted to anyone. He will be a great mentor for Samsan tech but his personality is not matching Dal Mi's one for me. He does not have the warm personality she needs.

Now we will probably see a love triangle since these three will work together and get closer to each other.  It is said love is also a matter of timing. Dal Mi and Do San are in the right timing. Fate brought them together at the right moment to start a journey together. Ji Pyeong missed his chance the day she told him not to follow her and he let her slip away.

Btw, Ji Pyeong did not made Do San become the Do San of the letters. Do San made himself this guy. After he met her eyes in the park and read her letters. Do San cut the girls who came to him  now he is the one who went to her.  He went there by himself.

@ OneAhjussi

Agreed! You said it so well!

Omg that hug  !!  I'm sold: DoDal
