After the tape was burned, the time loop ceased, and their memories of it disappeared without any trace.

After graduation, Li Zi Wei embarked on a journey to Canada. At the airport, his friends Mo Jun Jie and Chen Yun Ru saw him off with mixed emotions. Li Zi Wei, always the joker, couldn't resist making a playful comment as he hugged Mo Jun Jie, "If, when I come back, you still can't date Chen Yun Ru, then you're officially a wuss!"

Chen Yun Ru and Mo Jun Jie started dating during their sophomore year in university. They shared countless moments of laughter and tenderness. However, as the years passed, their paths diverged when Chen Yun Ru had to relocate to a different city for work. Slowly, the distance between them grew, both physically and emotionally.

Meanwhile, Li Zi Wei settled back in China a few years after graduating from a university in Canada and working there for a while. Despite the miles and years that separated them, he remained close friends with Mo Jun Jie and Chen Yun Ru, often reminiscing about their shared university days.

Li Zi Wei couldn't help but notice that Chen Yun Ru and Mo Jun Jie still carried a torch for each other. It was apparent to him that their lingering feelings were eclipsed by an overpowering sense of unworthiness. Each believed the other deserved someone better, leading to their unintentional separation.

One day, with his design firm's anniversary approaching (although he hadn't even celebrated the opening), Li Zi Wei hatched a plan to bring his friends back together. He decided to organize a vacation to the beach and invited them to accompany him. He hoped that the sun, sea, and sand would rekindle their connection.

Finally, the day arrived, and the three friends found themselves at the beach. Li Zi Wei discreetly excused himself, giving Mo Jun Jie and Chen Yun Ru some space. He chuckled to himself, realizing he had become quite the busybody in their love lives, despite having remained single all these years. He believed that his own experiences were even more pitiful than Mo Jun Jie's.

Li Zi Wei wandered along the shoreline, eventually stumbling upon the aroma of familiar food stalls. He followed the scent until he reached a bubble tea store. A strange feeling surged through him as he locked eyes with the girl behind the counter. After the persistent inquiries of the girl, he finally snapped out of his daze and placed an order. As he observed her closely, he couldn't help but think that she bore an uncanny resemblance to Chen Yun Ru.

Huang Yu Xuan also couldn't shake the strange feeling that had taken hold of her. Every time she glanced at the peculiar customer in front of her, her heart ached inexplicably. It was as if she was looking at someone she had missed deeply for a long time.

As she prepared Li Zi Wei's bubble tea order, her hands trembled slightly. She couldn't help but steal glances at him, trying to decipher the familiarity that seemed to radiate from his presence. His smile, his mannerisms, and even the way he absentmindedly tapped his fingers on the counter triggered an uncanny sense of déjà vu.

On the other side of the beach, Chen Yun Ru and Mo Jun Jie sat by the shore, their eyes fixed on the tranquil waves. Suddenly, they noticed a young man wading into the water. Alarmed, they rushed to his aid when they saw him struggling. To their astonishment, the boy bore an uncanny resemblance to Li Zi Wei. They initially thought it was some elaborate prank, but the boy introduced himself as Wang Quan Sheng and shared his story.

As they listened to Wang Quan Sheng's story, what had started as a potential romantic getaway transformed into an impromptu therapy session. Mo Jun Jie and Chen Yun Ru found themselves sharing their deepest thoughts and insecurities, bonding over their empathetic responses to Wang Quan Sheng's struggles.

Afterward, they decided to treat Wang Quan Sheng to some local food. As they walked together, they spotted Li Zi Wei helping a girl carry a box of supplies. When the five of them came together, an awkward silence descended, and they realized they were in the midst of a surreal meeting of doppelgangers.

As fate weaved its intricate web, Li Zi Wei, Mo Jun Jie, Chen Yun Ru, Wang Quan Sheng, and the girl from the bubble tea store, Huang Yu Xuan, found themselves entangled in a story of coincidences and rekindled connections. The beach had become the stage for a serendipitous reunion that none of them could have anticipated.

What do you think? Is there any plot hole or unsatisfying parts?

Its pretty good but if im not wrong im pretty sure the movie ended in a similar way.

Yep I took it from the movie, but since it has too many sad moments, I changed some things. Like the friendship part, I hoped the three would still be friends. And it’s fun that all of them might know each other
