Pin personal reviews to the top of the Reviews section in a drama

I was wondering if it would be possible to pin a user's personal review at the top of the Reviews page for a particular drama to make it easier to find?  Looking under our profile only lets you search for them based on popularity and dates written, which can be impossible to remember.  You still have to scroll through a bunch before finding the right one.  The website Goodreads.com does this for book reviews and I was wondering if you could do this as well?  Thanks!
