For most people this may sound like a stupid idea but I have watched around 70 dramas already and on my list I have 5 dramas with a 10 point score. I think a cool feature would be that each account could make a 11 point score on a single drama to show that this particular drama is his all time favourite and even give it a little extra support for the average score. If this extra point messes with the score system then I would just add a way to make your favorite drama be noticed in your account profile or your list. ?
